Terms & Conditions
Non-negotiable deposit R4,500, to be paid in full prior to move & R4,500 rent payable upon or prior to arrival. Minimum lease 6 months, with 1 month notice in writing upon departure.
Deposit will be refunded in full upon departure, provided terms are adhered to & there are no damages.
