Never sell or buy house through them or you will be conned like me. i bought a house for R225,000b but ended up paying R386,000.They told me house was sold by its owner, only to find that the house is repossessed. I had to pay for outstanding rates to the amount of R18600 plus sheriffs for R4200 and court attorney fees to have occupant evicted. it took me two years to get my house. At first they promise you that you will get your house in three months, after you have paid them they tell you , you are on your own.
