I want to warn everybody who thinks of selling or buying houses, don’t make the mistake I made by selling or buying a property through him. He is a world class con artist. For a house of R 225,000 I ended up paying R 386,000. because I had to pay for sheriffs to evict the illegal occupant which was totally different from what we agreed upon. He is operating mostly in the black and coloured townships.
