Our growing Security organization is currently accepting applications for the role of Tactical Support Officers. TSU Tactical Support unit members are carefully recruited, selected and trained in a variety of safety and security techniques, including counter surveillance. They are in constant contact with our 24-hour communication centre for security alerts and deployment of additional support. TSU is already a very well-established brand to many people in the corporate and mining industry in South Africa. Please note that the below requirements are not negotiable as they are in line with our Company Standards:
-Valid PSIRA Grade A (Renewed Certificate)
-Grade 12
-2 Years previous Tactical Response experience
-Valid Handgun, Shotgun, Rifle or Carbine Competency (for Business Purposes)
-Well-spoken (English and Afrikaans) and presentable
-No Criminal Record (no previous arrests – even if the case was withdrawn)
-Valid Driver’s Licence
-Must be medically and physically fit to execute tactical intervention tasks
-Must be able to wear full operational equipment on extended shifts
-South African Citizen
-Based in Cape Town
