The applicant would need to have solid experience in marketing within the healthcare industry and have atleast 3 - 5 years of experience!!
Requirements
A relevant tertiary qualification is required
Experience in a marketing management position
Experience in the healthcare industry would be highly advantageous
Must have experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
Have an understanding of online platforms such as social media
Computer literacy including MS Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel. Experience in using Publisher will be advantageous
Drivers license and ability to travel
Key Outputs
This person is responsible for the marketing and promotion of the group.
Be responsible for the recruitment of medical specialists, as well as setting up specialist practice.
Must build a professional working relationship between Marketing Team, Hospital Management, Specialists, Doctors, Shareholders and staff.
Ensure that we execute an effective marketing plan to ensure that the group has a successful integration between all Stake Holders of the business
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans aligned to the business.
Implement marketing and communications support to stakeholders, through both traditional and online platforms.
Enhance service to all stakeholders.
The successful incumbent must deliver uncompromising quality to all customers.
Must be able to work under pressure, independently and unsupervised.
