Learn to play by ear or by sight.
With over 14 years of experience in teaching and performing both sacred and secular music, I am a dedicated music instructor with a strong academic foundation (equivalent to NQF Level 8). My expertise includes sight-playing, the Solfeggio Method (Tonic Solfa), music theory, ear training, and harmony. I focus on fostering both technical proficiency and a deep understanding of musical structure to ensure an engaging learning experience for my students.
As a versatile performer and educator, I adapt seamlessly to diverse musical settings, bringing artistry and technical skill to every performance. While my background includes keyboard and organ music, I also have a basic understanding of the Gangan (Talking Drum), influenced by my heritage as a descendant of the Ayan family in Nigeria.
