A specialized joinery in Elsies River, Cape Town, Western Cape is looking for Factory Manager. You need to be highly experienced and have a good knowledge of the purpose made timber industry. You need to be mechanically minded, have good interpersonal skills and be approachable by staff members on the shopfloor. You need to be a problem solver and anticipate possible snags within the production process. Be methodical. Be able to read and interpret architectural drawings. Have at least 5 year's experience within a management roll. Having your own transport and driver's license is imperative.
