Looking for a Construction Business Manager - Cape Town

We are looking for a business manager in construction with regards to loft
building. Looking for someone to manage per contract, no permanent basis.
per contract only).
Duties include:
1. On initial quotation to give us reports ie. costing report & time frames,
2. To execute the job from start to finish.
3. To liase with the customer.
4. To be on site from 8am-5pm, in the event that there is more than
one site to manage, to share half day per each site as instructed.
5. To do material orders.
6. To do requisition for buying.
7. With the site reports you will also have to give material costing and labor
costing.
8. To do inventory of the tools and to make sure that the leading hand gives
training on a regular basis.
9. You will also have to do toolbox, hygiene and safety talks etc.
10. You will also be responsible for quality control and production
management.
