Are you a detail-oriented professional with expertise in building renovation assessments, project management, and coordinating interventions? Nubfix, a leading service provider in the construction industry, is seeking a skilled Building Renovation Assessor and Project Manager to join our team. As an integral part of Nubfix, you will play a crucial role in compiling reports, managing projects, and ensuring efficient interventions for plumbing and resultant damages such as ceiling painting, tiling, and laminated flooring.



Responsibilities:



Conduct comprehensive assessments of building renovation projects, focusing on plumbing and resultant damages such as ceiling painting, tiling, and laminated flooring.

Compile detailed reports outlining the scope of work, required materials, and estimated costs (Bill of Materials - BOM).

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Coordinate and manage interventions, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.

Monitor project progress, track expenses, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Oversee adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:



Proven experience in assessing building renovations and project managing plumbing and resultant damages, such as ceiling painting, tiling, and laminated flooring.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in compiling detailed reports and developing accurate Bill of Materials (BOM).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions quickly.

Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management, project management, or related fields are advantageous.
