ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGERS – Bloubergstrand
This 110-seater Restaurant offers Cape Seafood Cuisine and overlooks Table Bay and Table Mountain with panoramic views to Robben Island. The restaurant has secured a pristine reputation for over 56 years of uninterrupted operations, and has become a destination for special and niche events. The restaurant trades Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Our client is urgently seeking Junior Restaurant Managers to join a driven and professional team
THE KEY ROLE
The Junior Restaurant Managers key role will be to assist with daily restaurant operations, providing staff direction, offer an exceptional food and wine experience, with a strong focus on service excellence, assist with inventory control, orders, daily administrative duties and reporting.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for driven and focused Junior Restaurant Managers who are detailed orientated, professional, calm and able to perform under pressure, with previous experience in a Jnr management role. Hospitality Management qualification will be advantageous. Good wine knowledge, with a strong operational sense.
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license will be beneficial.
REMUNERATION: R10 000 – R13 000 pm (relating to experience)
