SOUS CHEF– Bloubergstrand
This 110-seater Restaurant offers Cape Seafood Cuisine and overlooks Table Bay and Table Mountain with panoramic views to Robben Island. The restaurant has secured a pristine reputation for over 56 years of uninterrupted operations, and has become a destination for special and niche events. The restaurant trades Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Our client is urgently seeking an experienced SOUS CHEF to join a driven and professional team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal individual for the SOUS CHEF position is someone with a strong operational and culinary skill set, with a love for food and staff development, previous experience in running and managing a busy high-end kitchen operation, quality driven, a leader, stable and able to perform under pressure. A formal Culinary education and own reliable transport and valid driver’s license is essential.
REMUNERATION: R15 000 – R18 000 pm (relating to experience)
