Reception/Office Administration

• Greet and welcome our esteemed clients and visitors
• Manage all office needs and serve as front line support
• Answer telephone, direct calls, and take messages.
• Create and revise administrative templates in Microsoft Office, i.e.; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Maintain a company calendar
• Coordinate meetings and use of conference room
• Assist in filing duties
• Open, sort, and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
• Provide other administrative support to organization staff as needed

Bookkeeping

• Post client transactions involving cash receipts, disbursements, accounts payable, inventory, and accounts receivable to general ledger accounts
• Receive, record, and deposit cash, checks, and vouchers in client bank accounts as necessary
• Assist Accounting Consultants in recording, reconciling, and reviewing accounting data
• Prepare and disburse payments to client vendors via QuickBooks/SAGE accounting software
• Process client invoices and assist Accounting Consultants with the preparation of client billings
• Review, organize, and process client employee expense reports
• Compile statistical, financial, accounting, or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and profits and losses
