Empathy Farming 2-Day Workshop
Green Guerrillas and I invite you to join us for a 2-day journey of discovering the whole pig, from ground to plate.
Join us as we begin with a pig that is harvested at place of birth. Let us share with you our thoughts of a free death; free of pain and free of misery.
Kindly note that you can’t be squeamish as this workshop includes: mouth to anus, gutting techniques and bio-security. The story the insides (pluck) will reveal and show the animal’s entire life. We will show you what to look for!
Over 2 days let us share with you our experience of bio-integrated farming with pigs and let’s get hands on, learning by doing, we use every morsel; from broth, bacon, soap, lard, chops to boerewors…we make it all.
