I bring well founded knowledge in Microsoft office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internet explorer and Outlook (emails), Also have Pastel Accounting, facilitator end-user computing certificate.
I have worked as a Receptionist/Admin/PA in Mkhonza Architectural design group in 2016 it was a 6months contract, Also worked as an Admin/Receptionist in Ikhwezi lomso Youth Center in 2007-2009, Also worked as Cashier at Clicks in 2010-2014, worked as a Data Capture in Similile Construction company, Also worked as Sales Agent for Old mutual.
Duties-Account enquiries, data Capture, typing/writing/recording as well electronically of minutes, typing of invoices, compiling tender documents also drawings, phone answering, bookings (flight tickets, car rentals, hotels and BnBs)sending and responding to emails and general admin work. Cashing up, counting stock, stock processing, stock control, stock orders as well as maintaining customer service and dealing with customers on a daily basis. Sales agent-product range ÷pension schemes, funeral expense insurances, educational policies, savings plans, funds investments plans.
I'm an experienced, positive minded character eager to learn and develop myself further, I bring the necessary job related applications skills and well organized work structuring, and I'm willing to grow within your company.
