We are working all December to get your plans approved
We are based in the Northern suburbs: Durbanville area.
Our services cover the following:
1) Assistance with collection of existing plans if needed.
2) Sketch design proposals
3) Proposal drawings on scale.
4) Council drawings as needed.
5) Handling of the plans at council.
6) Site visits for quality control.
Plans for building/Municipal approval? We pride ourselves in our quality of work. From boundary walls to newly built designs. Basic 3D proposals can be developed*. We're SACAP registered and have a large overall experience.From cost effective houses to luxury homes.Can give previous references if needed.
Please ask us about our other services (From collection of the existing plans to site visits while the project is being built)
We develop Proposal, Council and Working drawings. (Selected projects included Window & Door Schedules and Electrical layouts)
