WE ARE OPENING ALL DECEMBER FOR PLANS AND SUBMISSION TO COUNCIL. THEY DON’T CLOSE SO WHY SHOULD WE.
We work in the whole of the Western Cape, Projects from Knysna all the way to Langebaan.
Our services cover the following:
1) Assistance with collection of existing plans if needed.
2) Sketch design proposals
3) Proposal drawings on scale.
4) Council drawings as needed.
5) Handling of the plans at council.
6) Site visits for quality control.
Plans for building/Municipal approval? We're based in Durbanville We pride ourselves in our quality of work. From boundary walls to newly built designs. Basic 3D proposals can be developed @ R7,5/sqm. We're SACAP registered and have a large overall experience.From cost effective houses to luxury homes

We develop Proposal, Council and Working drawings. (Selected projects included Window & Door Schedules and Electrical layouts)
