Charter Operating Licences, Cross Border Permits or Tourist Service Accreditation. The pic shows samples of Western Cape (PRE) Provincial Regulatory Entity resuming gazetting and processing permit/operating license applications. Whereas I am based in the Western Cape, I apply to all Boards in SA (especially KZN Pietermuritberg we intervene where it seems some unrepresented new applications regularly drags over the 60day application period to 6 months or a year) ... consultant for over 25 years in the industry on all types of applications, RSA Charter Service, Tourist Services, Staff Services, Scholar Services, Cross Border Permits for Passengers and Goods and such to any Regulator in the country.
For those who run into a wall when doing their own applications, we also do Appeals to the Transport Appeals Tribunal (TAT) in respect of applications that was refused or received partial approvals.
