We have two residences with various packages to offer from R4450 To R8500
Transportation : there is MYciti busstop at both residences
Laundry : You will receive free laundry vouchers, where we have dedicated laundry staff whom is in control of the laundry room.
Room cleaning : you will have a designated housekeeper for your room. Cleaning of your unit will be done once a week
Units : you have your own unit and ensuite
Free Wifi : Uncapped wifi
Colleges : our building are surrounded by the different colleges
Shopping : the shops are in walking distance of the residences and you can also order on line
Eating in or out : We have a few restaurants that our tenants will receives 10 to 20 % discount on their orders. Our 210 On Loop has an amazing Dark Kitchen which is right next door to the residence. Order, receive discount and collect at your doorstep
Residence security : there is camera’s within and outside our building. Biometrics system, Nightshift security and during the day we have our residence manages.
Adventures, sightseeing : we are close to amazing places , as we are perfectly located. There is V&A Waterfront, Long street Baths – Main pool, Kiddies pool, Sauna, Hot room, steam room and message area, boat rides, mountain climbing, Gyms and so many more
