Qualification, Skills & Experience:
-Post matric qualification
-Fully bilingual
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and telephone skills
-Administrative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
-Experience in a customer service / relations environment

Job Summary:
-Communicate with all internal customers/residents daily
-Communicate with service providers as required
-Assist with administrative work, filing and record keeping
-Assist with resident programs, activities, events and outings when required
Working hours:
-11 hours daily from 07h00 to 18h00 on the principle of paid time off in lieu of overtime worked.
-Saturdays and Sundays if required.
Salary: Market related
