Knowledge and Experience
•Matric / NQF 4 / Vocational
•English as a first language
•A clear credit and criminal record
•A minimum of 12 months unbroken International Call Centre Customer Service Experience OR 24 months unbroken Domestic Customer Service experience
•INTERNATIONAL BPO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
•Customer focused
•An enthusiastic, positive and motivated outlook
•Good communication skills both written and verbal
•Both customer and quality focused
•Previous experience of dealing with customers via telephone
•Work towards individual and team targets
•Cannot be unemployed for longer than 3 months
Monthly basic salary + Shift Allowance
Performance incentive (based on KPI’s)
Baseline Staff benefits:
Free Transport is provided and is available for shifts that end at 7pm onwards.
