MA Project Managers provides the following services on all projects:
•Contract Management (JBCC and PROCSA)
•Risk Management
•Programming (MS Projects) monitoring and updating
•Quality Control
•Budget Monitoring
•Management of Professional Team (Architects, QS, Engineers, Town Planners, Landscape Architects etc)
•Contractor and Sub Contractor Management and selection
•Procurement
•Evaluation of Tenders
•Fortnightly Formal Site Meetings
•Formal Monthly Management Meetings and Reporting to the Client
•Regular Site Visits and Inspections
•Fortnightly Design Co Ordination Meetings with the Professional Team
•Value Engineering
•Health and Safety
MA Project Managers will handle any size project from a residential addition/alteration to a new build, commercial, corporate and retail interior fit outs to larger projects such as office blocks, factories, residential complexes, shopping centres, hotels and guesthouses.
