I have a whale bone from the rib that weighs 20kg and approx.2m long.
I located this bone in Arniston in 2004 when a carcass washed ashore.
It is very rare and unusual making for a good conversational piece and could be used in many ways ie;bone handles, restoration of antique furniture requiring ivory inserts, could be hung from a ceiling supporting a chandelier, entrance door showpiece etc.
