Whether you want to lose a few kilos, improve your golf swing, cross-train as an athlete (in any discipline), take time for yourself or work through some stressful or emotional issues, yoga will help you to do this. You do not need to be flexible to benefit from yoga and the practice does not conflict with any religious beliefs. As a registered yoga teacher, through Yoga Alliance, and a firm believer in the advantages of yoga practice, I am offering one on one yoga instruction, by donation, at my home in West Beach, Bloubergstrand (West Beach, Parklands, Sunningdale, Table View and Big Bay).
