Skills and Knowledge
•B.Sc, or B.Eng degree with computer science and other related subjects as majors, from one of the following universities: UCT, Stellenbosch, Johannesburg, Wits, Pretoria, North West, Free State, KZN, Nelson Mandela
•Above average results. Guideline is 65% average at university and A or B for Maths HG in matric.
•Familiarity with C#, HTML, JavaScript, relational databases and object databases
•Good Communication skills
•No experience required
Responsibilities
Development: User Stories
•Estimate consistently
•Implement as specified
•Discuss approach with team
•Update status changes promptly
•Write automated regression tests to cover acceptance tests
Development: Code
•Discuss approach/design with team
•Check for errors before check-in
•Review with team before check-in
•Test SQL scripts before check-in
•Run all regression tests before check-in
•Discuss smells with team and refactor
•Comply with conventions
Administration
•Complete timesheets in a timely manner
Salary and benefits
•Salary R15K pm cost to company

•15 days annual leave
