ACHIEVEMENT OF TARGETS
Achieve Sales -Volume and Value Targets as set by Management
Achieve Ranging and Listing Targets as communicated by Management
Actively sell all products across the range
Maximise Store listings of product range
Review Sales performance by Store with relevant Manager/Owner, regularly

ORDER PLACEMENT
Compile Order Requirements for all Stores as per call cycle
Gain Store Management/Owner`s approval (Signature) for all orders
Complete and Maintain Customer Record Card
Place/Transmit order to relevant Telesales Dept at Pack n Stack
Confirm delivery day

RETURNS MANAGEMENT
Monitor and control Returns, within targetted range and according to procedures
Remove damaged or expired stock from shelf, with approval of Store Management/Owner

PRODUCT INTRODUCTIONS
Introduce and Sell-in new products to customers
Maximise listing opportunities for products in all Stores, according to store profile
Create space on shelf and maximise exposure for new products/listings
Use POS material to focus attention on new offerings and promotions

PROMOTIONS
Ensure that all Promotions are implemented timeously
Maximise sales opportunities for all Promotions and ensure stock availability
Maximise exposure on shelf/cabinet/end and support with POS Material
Confirm correct pricing is in place for Promotional period
Liase with Promoters, where present and provide support and assistance

MARKET INTELLIGENCE
Conduct Pricing, Facings and Listing surveys etc. as and when instructed by Management
Monitor opposition activity and market trends and communicate findings to Management
Complete all audits as per PDA device

MERCHANDISING
Ensure maximum exposure and space allocation for all products on shelf
Ensure correct use of PI labels and signage
Supervise company merchandiser in performing merchandising duties, as per Company policies & Procedures
Liase with Merchandiser to facilitate attention to and support for products

CALL CYCLE ADHERENCE
Assist Management in creating an effective and efficient Call Cycle
Maintain strict adherence to the approved Call Cycle, on a daily basis
Report deviations to Manager and ensure that outstanding calls are made

RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Develop sound business relationships with all relevant Store personnel - Owner, Manager and KDM`s
Develop relationships with Pack n Stack to effect communication and In-Store support
Develop relationships with merchandisers to ensure product support in your absence

COMMUNICATION
Maintain regular and frequent communication
Issues of non-compliance at Store level to be reported to Management
Follow-up on Customer Complaints and ensure timeous feedback
Listing, Ranging and Pricing issues to reported to management timeously and recorded

IN-STORE OPPORTUNITIES
Track performance of our products on shelf and evaluate positioning and space allocation
Monitor and evaluate promotions and identify opportunities
Monitor opposition product activity in-store and on-shelf
Communicate opportunities to Management

ADMINISTRATION/GENERAL
Attend weekly Sales Meetings
Complete weekly Activity and Action Plan
Maintain Show files, Customer Record cards and Promotional files
Comply with all general admin requirements as instructed by Management
