I am a mom of a 7 year old and we are looking for a place to rent i.e flat, separate entrance, or even house in the Southern suburbs particularly Diep river, Wynberg, Plumstead, Heathfield, Retreat, Southfield etc. I teach in the area and my child attends school also in the area therefore these places will be more convenient. A place with safe parking would be the best. A long lease would be preferable, I am only moving now because landlord is returning from overseas.
