As the high performance branch of Swimlab Swim School – Swimlab Aquatic Academy is based in Wynberg – Cape Town and offers high performance, professional coaching from the ages of 4 through to and including adult classes.Aquatic Academy provides a conducive environment aimed at developing and identifying swimmers in achieving their potential.
Aquatic Academy focus includes:
Competitive Junior and Senior programs
Stroke instruction and pre-competitive programs
Open water programs
Learn to Swim and intermediate coaching
Squad Training
Swimlab is an accredited learn to swim and aquatics academy provides coaching to all aquatic athletes including competitive swimmers and triathletes.
COACHES:
Coaches are registered and qualified with Learn to Swim South Africa and Western Province Aquatics, including CPR and level 1 first aid certificates.
Under the professional and experienced direction of Coach Hilton Slack, we aim to create training sessions that develop our swimmers' speed, strength, stamina and stroke.
