Advertising sales agents typically do the following:

Locate and contact potential clients to offer their firm’s advertising services
Explain to clients how advertising will help promote their products or services
Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services
Close the sale on the phone
Contact new prospects daily
Each sales agent will source their own leads and come into the office daily with your leads prepared
Successful sales agents spent a min of 1 hour 30 min a day on sales calls
Strong closing ability
Target driven
Sales agents have to reach the weekly and monthly sales targets
Sales agents need to be able to manage their time and them self and behave and conduct themselves in a professional manner
We require sales agents that would like to grow with the company and are open to work with a team.
Sales agents need to be able to handle pressure and stress.
The sales agents need to be able and experienced in lead searching , and qualifying their prospects in order to have a successful and productive day
Monthly Target Required R100 000 a month – ( 25 000 per week )
Only candidates that have experience in selling advertising on the phone will be considered
Able to start ASAP
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of neg R8 000 per month – commission and a monthly bonus if target are reached.
