Khula Human Capital is seeking a dynamic, polished, and results-driven Luxury Cluster Store Manager to oversee multiple high-end retail locations within the Constantia and Somerset areas.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned retail professional with a passion for luxury brands, exceptional client service, and strong leadership capability.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric essential)
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a luxury retail management role
Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership
Own reliable transport
Willing and able to travel between Constantia and Somerset West
Impeccable grooming and presentation aligned with luxury standards
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple store locations
Drive sales targets, KPIs, and profitability
Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing retail teams
Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience at all times
Manage stock control, merchandising, and visual standards
Analyse sales reports and implement strategic improvements
Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and brand alignment
Handle customer queries and resolve escalations professionally
Recruit, train, and performance-manage staff
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
