Roles of Responsibilities include:

Assessing customer needs and suggesting solutions to their problems.

Working within a team to achieve common goals.

Setting and attaining sales goals.

Giving customers advice about sales and promotions.

Using upselling techniques to increase store sales.

Recommending the best products to customers.

Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing.

Innovative designer ideas to display items.

Knowledge of mannequin and window displays an advantage.

Multi skilled, Assist wherever the need arises.

Must be able to handle pressure and multi task.

Comprehensive understanding of the store products.

Advanced customer service skills.

Basic math skills.

Strong level of professionalism at work.

Exellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience when dealing with difficult customers.

Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

Quick organizational skills.

Matric qualification

Online Sales experience.

Retail and Logistics experience an advantage.
