R.L. Management Services specialize in Quantity Surveying and Project Management. Our services are as follows:
•Pricing and preparing of Bills of Quantities.
•Prepare Subcontractor Tenders.
•Taking off quantities from Drawings.
•Preparation of Final Accounts, Variations Orders, Extensions of Time and Monthly Valuations.
•Cash flow Reports and Contract Program.
NB:
•Fees are based on the size of the document to be priced.
•The turnaround time is two full business days but preferable four days before you submit it to the client.
•For site briefing meetings we charge R4.50 p/km from our base, Sunningdale, Cape Town and back. A flat rate of R300 per site visit (distance calculated as per GPS coordinates).
•Terms & Conditions applicable on acceptance of quotation.
