Experienced retail and a forkloft operator - Cape Town

I am a newly graduate from UNISA, supported by hands-on experience in customer service, sales, administration, housekeeping, and data collection. I bring a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and excellent people skills developed through a wide range of roles across retail, logistics, and fieldwork environments.

My experience includes working as a Sales Consultant where I handled point-of-sale systems, customer engagement, and stock management. I’ve also worked in customer service and retail expertise. In addition, I contributed to large-scale fieldwork and data capturing projects with Statistics South Africa, and have solid admin skills built from varied office and call centre roles.

I hold a 7-ton forklift license and have also worked in housekeeping, giving me a strong foundation in both front-of-house and back-end operations. I am reliable, flexible, and thrive in fast-paced environments where quality and professionalism are key.

I am fluent in English and Zulu, tech-savvy, and confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems. Currently based in Cape Town, I am actively seeking new opportunities in retail, admin, warehouse, cleaning, or customer service roles — and I am available immediately.
