Internal Sales Supervisor

A family business in Johannesburg in 1991. founded in 1999 and grew from a humble start of 5 employees to a Head Office facility boasting more than 30 employees and 600sqm of warehousing. Today branchs in George and representation in Gauteng.

Rreal time state-of-the-art ERP system which allow data acquisition and reporting to monitor cost efficacy of processes and buying patterns as well as maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure our high level service delivery.

1.2. In turn the supervisor shall:

1.2.1. Create an enabling environment to facilitate effective performance by the Employee.

1.2.2. Provide access to skills development and capacity building opportunities.

1.2.3. Impart the Company’s vision so that the Internal Sales Supervisor will clearly understand the Company’s Core Values, Purpose and Direction so that she can make consistent decisions and take appropriate action at any junction.

1.2.4. Delegate with authority.

1.2.5. Work collaboratively to solve problems and generate solutions to common problems within the department that may be impacting on the performance of the Employee.



REQUIREMENTS


Experience Sound knowledge of the Industrial Supplies Industry
Desirable Minimum of 2 years’ sales or telesales experience
Strong customer service background
Sound knowledge of the practical application of a sales department
Experience of building relationships with customers
Cross-discipline team working
Able to provide evidence of working in a target related environment
Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations
Track record of understanding how to reach and identify prospective customers
