The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy runs its famous international programme at the Scout Hall (which is opposite the Edge Church) in Edgemead. The classes are held every Monday afternoon. The Academy develops confidence, self-esteem, communication skills and performance skills.
The Academy is the largest drama school in Cape Town with over 2500 children attending classes each week and operates in many schools using the acclaimed drama course.
Whilst many children attend the classes to have a lot of fun, there is also many opportunities for the students to act in film, theatre and television through its casting agency.
