I have over 20 years of massage experience, most of which was accumulated when I worked as a therapist, massage and spiritual teacher in London UK. We cannot function as a whole if mind, body, and spirit are blocked or unbalanced. I was diagnosed with acute stress, acute anxiety disorder, depression, and PTSD. Recovery is hard and I can relate. I am recovering with the help of Reiki, Massage, other therapies, and great therapists. Self-love and talking play a big role in any recovery. Massage is a wonderful way to receive care when you need it most. My purpose is to help people heal through massage and treatment care, relating when you feel un-relatable.
Holistic healing is more than just massage it is healing on all levels; our body speaks to us through pain, and illness. I would like my clients to be able to find balance. I would like my clients to understand that sometimes, emotional issues, negativity, and stress can build up in our energy field and manifest in our physical body as pain or illness.
