AUTOSOFT
Modern Auto Dealership operation has become so complex that it would be unthinkable to do all the stock Management tasks with pen and paper – unless you are selling 2-3 cars a month! With the help of AutoSoft, you can run the Car Lot operation more smoothly, and manage larger volume of cars.
AutoSoft was developed with the assistance of various Car Dealers and covers all aspects of this trade. With AutoSoft the Vehicles are monitored from the purchase (trade) date, until it has been sold. All costs incurred when reconditioning the Vehicles are also recorded. Creditors accounts, reconditioning and VAT is automatically updated after each transaction has taken place.
BREAKERSOFT
The Breaker Yard/Scrapyard system was developed to help the user to control the vehicles once they are broken up for spares. The system will track all sales and give the user full reporting and search facilities.
The system layout was developed so that the parts control on a vehicle is done on a predefined layout, which the user can setup. This simplifies stock control and it only takes 5 minutes to capture a vehicle on to the system. The computer will allocate a number to each part and you can then print barcodes for the parts.
WORKSOFT
Manage your workshop with an easy to use but powerful Jobcard System. You can create Quotations and then convert to a Jobcard with a push of a button. Control your stock & manage your staff’s hours. When the Job is finished convert to Invoice and post to Debtors system.
WorkSoft was developed with the assistance of various Workshops and covers all aspects of this trade.
The system will control your Jobs so that you know exactly what is happening with each Job. You can generate Purchase Orders per Job and when the stock arrives WorkSoft will automatically post the transaction to the specific Job and Creditor. If the addition Stock Module is installed your stock will also be updated. With the optional SMS system your Client can be updated with work in progress or when Job is finis
