Independent retailer looking for an innovative, confident and results-driven Telesales Agent who will focus on selling their educational range of toys, books and other related products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process orders/ quotes via fax, phone and e-mail
• Servicing clients including general routine calls, queries and promotions • Establishing& maintaining a customer database
• Provide customers with product and service information
Duties include cold calling, telesales, data capturing, administration, customer service, client liaising & assisting clients with queries.
Key Behavioural Dimensions and skills:
• Pro active and energetic and high level of attention to detail/accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Minimum requirements are: Matric, 1-3 years Telesales experience, excellent communicating skills. (Fluent in both English and Afrikaans)
Salary on offer between R5000 – R7000 per month.
