HEAD CHEF – Iconic 5-Star Dining (Cape Town)

Our client offers an iconic 5-star dining experience in the heart of Cape Town and is seeking an Experienced HEAD CHEF to spearhead the overall kitchen operations with the ability to lead a two service fine dining operation.
The perfect individual is highly self-motivated, someone with a strong background relating to Fine Dine Cuisine with exceptional culinary skills, passionate about food, experienced in a sophisticated and focused kitchen environment, quality driven, a leader, stable and able to perform under pressure.

Minimum Requirements:

• A formal Culinary Education
• Minimum of 5 years‘ experience as a Head Chef, leading a highly motivated kitchen team, with a love for sophisticated dining
• Stable and solid track record with contactable references
• International culinary experience will be advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• A notice period of no longer than 1 months’ notice
• Only local applicants from Cape Town will be accepted
