We are a well-known manufacturing company for packaging machinery seeking candidates that will suit the requirement as listed below.
Level required:
Fitting and Machining N2
Requirements:
Strong mechanical aptitude (machines and moving equipment)
Must have knowledge and some experience working with basic hand tools
Must understand and be able to read technical and assembly drawings
Must love working with their hands assembling machines
Some pneumatic knowledge would be advantageous
Must be willing to work to a deadline
Must be able to handle pressure of an Engineering environment
Must be willing to work overtime when required to meet customers’ requirements
Must be a neat and meticulous individual with good housekeeping manners
Must be able to communicate in English and Afrikaans (read and write)
