The following full time vacancy exists for a suitably qualified individual to
Work in government ARV sites in Western Cape.
DESIGNATED SUPERVISORY PHARMACIST
WC REF NO: D004001
REQUIREMENTS:
•BPharm or related degree;
•Current registration with the South African Pharmacy Council [SAPC] as a Pharmacist;
•Minimum of 3 years Pharmacy experience;
•At least 2 years management experience;
•Previous experience in public hospital or other state facilities;
•Experience in HIV / ARV and TB medicines;
•Computer literacy;
•Knowledge and ability to comply with applicable legislation;
•Ability to work independently and as a team player;
•The ability to work accurately under pressure, give attention to detail and maintain a high standard of professionalism;
•Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle essential;
•Registration with the SAPC as an assessor or willingness and ability to undergo assessor training.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
•Previous registration with the SAPC as a Pharmacists Assistant tutor
•Registration with the pharmacy council as an Assessor
•Experience as a facilitator
